We offer free shipping to Germany and Austria with our Austrian shipping partner Global Mail (http://www.globalmail.at)on.
The delivery times are generally 1-3 working days. However, delivery times may vary. On each product page you can see the exact times under delivery time. Orders received before 1pm CET will be processed the same day.
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Generally, it takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will not be processed until the following Monday, unless it is a holiday.
Delivery times average 3-5 business days for products that are in stock. However, delivery times may vary. On each product page you can see the exact times for the respective item under the item delivery time (applies only to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary). Orders received before 18:00 CET will be processed the same day and shipped the next business day.

No, unfortunately not. The delivery date and delivery time depend on the availability of the goods in our warehouse. If the ordered item is not available, we will re-order it, which may change the delivery date and delivery time.
We always try to update the delivery times of our products in real time. Delivery times may be delayed. If you have placed an order, but the goods are currently not available, we will contact you immediately.
You can pick up most of our items in our showroom after ordering. For this option, please select the Click & Collect option at checkout.
We will inform you in a separate email when your item is ready for pickup in our Showroom.(javascript:void(0)) The goods can usually be picked up within two working days after receipt of the order.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation to the email address provided during check-out.
As soon as the goods leave our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email. With this you can check your order status in real time. Registered users can view and manage their orders under Orders in their account.(undefined)

Any item purchased on Salu Home can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. Make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them.
Refunds will only be given for properly returned items. They are correct if they are not damaged or used. This does not apply to items that have already been damaged upon delivery.

After you have sent us your ordered item, we generally need 3 to 7 working days for processing.
Once we have confirmed your return, the total amount will be credited to the form of payment you used at check-out. You will then automatically receive a notification by email.
