Unless otherwise agreed, the general terms and conditions between the seller and the customer set out here apply to the sales contracts carried out on this website.
The customer's own conditions are contradicted. The customer is a consumer unless the contract is concluded for self-employed or commercial activities.
The customer can add the displayed goods to the shopping basket using the Add to basket button. Clicking on the View shopping cart button takes you to the overview of the shopping cart. The forwarding to the order process takes place by clicking on the button Checkout.
After entering the required shipping details (name, e-mail address, postal address) and shipping method, the customer can click on the Next button to be forwarded to the payment process, where they can choose one of the payment methods (credit and debit card, Klarna, Apple Pay or PayPal) and enters the information required by the bank or credit card company.
Information on the data protection declaration, returns and general terms and conditions are displayed as further links during the ordering process and are accepted by clicking on the corresponding checkbox, which is necessary for the purchase of the goods.
If the button Order with obligation to pay is clicked and the payment is made successfully, the purchase contract is concluded. The customer then receives an automatically generated order confirmation in the form of an email.
According to the provisions of the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG), you have the following rights:
• Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR)
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Article 17 GDPR)
• Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)
• Right to notification - obligation to notify in connection with the correction or deletion of personal data or the restriction of processing (Article 19 GDPR)
• Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
• Right to object (Article 21 GDPR)
• Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling (Article 22 GDPR)
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority, which is the data protection authority in Austria, whose website you can find under https://www.dsb.gv.at/.(https://www.dsb.gv.at/)
The nature and dimensions of the goods offered result from the description and the pictures in the online shop. Slight variations in the nature of the product color or the placement of the print may occur. These qualities are not defects.
We currently offer free shipping to Austria and Germany. The delivery times for products that are in stock are generally 1-3 working days. However, delivery times may vary. On each product page you can see the exact times for the respective article under the item delivery time. Orders received before 1pm CET will be processed the same day.
Before accepting the package, it must be checked for damage.
Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). We assume no liability for any deviating delivery times on the part of the parcel service provider.
Errors regarding the availability of the goods are reserved. If the goods are no longer available or can no longer be re-ordered, but the order and payment have already been processed, we will transfer the full amount including shipping costs back to the payment method selected by the customer at checkout .
To return a product, email us at info@saluhome.com (mailto:info@saluhome.com)with your order number. You have the right to return the unused and undamaged product within 14 days of receipt of the goods (delivery date) without giving a reason.
There is no right of withdrawal for personalized goods, including vouchers purchased in the showroom or online.
Returns will only be accepted if a completed return form is enclosed, which can be returned after contacting info@saluhome.com (mailto:info@saluhome.com) or can be requested using the contact form.
Return costs must be borne by the customer. However, if the goods were defective or damaged before delivery, we will refund the purchase price including return costs. In all other cases, you will bear the return costs (e.g. incorrect delivery address given when checking out, not picking up the package at the post office on time, etc.).
For goods that are already damaged upon delivery, we will only refund the money if two to four photos and/or a video of the damaged item are sent to us at info@saluhome.com (info@saluhome.com)or in the return form (https://www.saluhome.com/online-cancellation-form)or contact form (https://www.saluhome.com/support)within the 14-day return period be sent or uploaded. After checking the condition of the affected item, we will refund the full purchase price. You do not have to send the damaged goods back to us and you can dispose of them.
We do not accept goods that have already been used, damaged through use or returned, or personalized goods, not even within 14 days of receipt of the goods (delivery date). In these cases, we will not refund the purchase price, shipping or return costs.
The Austrian statutory warranty provisions apply.
The goods remain our property until full payment.
Contracts between seller and buyer take place under Austrian law. We assume no liability for damage caused by transport service providers.
